Nagarjuna has one of the most spread-out marketing network in Ayurveda, which includes over 850 franchisee soul retail outlets in Kerala alone. There are about 10,000 retail outlets selling Nagarjuna products in the total of India, flourished in about 18 States. These retail shops are all serviced from the Sales depots of Nagarjuna. There are 4 Sales depots in Kerala at Vadakara for North Kerala, Shoranur & Muvattupuzha for Central Kerala and Mavelikkara for South Kerala. Outside Kerala, there are Sales Depots at Bangalore, Mumbai etc. supplying to the various zones of India.

Nagarjuna products are also exported to about 28 countries world-wide, including 13 in Europe alone.

The entire marketing activity is guided by a Central Marketing Office (CMO) based at the Nagarjuna Headquarters at Thodupuzha, Kerala.
